Job Application

Job application can be done in two ways. When there is a job placement notice, the applicant can submit an application during the application period, or if there is no notice of a job placement, the applicant can submit an application anytime to be registered in the company’s human talent pool for future recruitment.

Document Selection

The screening process is a process to evaluate applicants’ basic competency, by reviewing the registered applications. When the applicant writes their online application form, they should make sure that they do not miss any entries, including major, academic credits, and self-introduction. If any information provided in the application form is found to be false, the pass will be canceled, regardless of whether or not the applicant has already entered the company.

1st & 2nd Interviews

Two rounds of interview are designed to verify whether applicants have the ability to meet the requirements as our ideal employee, in terms of the applicants’ detailed majors, job knowledge, job performance, experience, etc. Only those who have passed the first working-level interview will be allowed to undergo the second personality test and executive-level interview. Usually, a group interview of four or fewer applicants will be conducted in the form of questions and answers. However, in the case of R&D positions and production technology engineers, the presentation interview may be carried out during the first interview.

1st & 2nd Interviews

The medical examination will be conducted only for those who have passed the second-round interview. Check-ups for cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, liver function, hearing and vision, as well as chest X-ray, will be carried out at the health examination designated by the company (such as the Korean Occupational Health Association). Based on the results of the health examination, the final successful candidates will be determined. The applicant should be sure to refrain from drinking, excessive physical exercise, and medication from 2 or 3 days before the medical checkup, and avoid food and drink from 10:00 pm on the night before the checkup until it is finished.

Fincal Pass

After passing the medical examination, the final list of successful candidates will be announced. Within 3–4 days after the notice of successful acceptance, treatment, including the start date, position, and salary level, will be decided. In the case of career employees, the level of salaries and careers will be determined based on the separate career evaluation criteria.
