The endless pursuit of customers' happiness forms the basis for the new CI (Corporate Identity) unveiled by OSSTEM IMPLANT, expressing a resolve to provide better services to be closer to customers.
OSSTEM IMPLANT has attempted an image upgrade as a customer-friendly company by emphasizing a friendly, gentle image, at the same time retaining its image as an expert, reliable company.
The new CI accentuates the two S’s in “OSSTEM.” Representing infinity, the icon attached at the end adds to the design impact.
The 2 S’s stress huge customer “Satisfaction” and “Superior Service” for customers; the icon represents the infinite customer happiness as what is being strived for by OSSTEM. The CI expresses the corporate philosophy of OSSTEM, i.e., customers are the top priority, suggesting a modern, refined image.
In addition, the orange color was selected to emphasize warm, happy feelings, reflecting the determination of OSSTEM to be a customer-friendly company.
OSSTEM will use the new CI in all areas representing the company in addition to advertisements, pamphlets, and sales promotion materials as well as for PR to reinforce its customer-friendly image. There are plans to strengthen further the customer-friendly image of the company.
