-- 900 dentists from 16 nations attending the “AIC World Meeting 2008 Seoul”

The “OSSTEM Meeting” has become a world-class scientific conference. Hosted by OSSTEM IMPLANT가 every year in Seoul, this year’s event opened as an international implant symposium called “AIC World Meeting 2008 Seoul” for dentists all over the world.

A total of 900 dentists from 16 nations attended this year’s AIC World Meeting, which was held at Seoul COEX on April 13. This international scientific conference was considered a success.

A total of 700 dentists from 15 nations including the United States, Australia, Germany, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Pakistan, Italy, Indonesia, and Romania visited Seoul to attend this meeting, showing great interest in the high clinical level of Korea when it comes to implants. In addition to dentists from overseas, 200 AIC faculty members from Korea were also invited to participate in this event.

In this year’s meeting, with “Lead the New Era of Dental Implantology" as the slogan, 5 implant clinical lectures and 3 live implant surgeries were grouped into a total of 3 sessions. The great interest shown by the participating dentists ensured the success of these sessions. Since actual clinical know-how was transferred directly to the participants by distinguished Korean implant clinicians, this year’s event earned raves for the higher-caliber lectures compared to the previous symposiums.

Satisfaction was high among the attending dentists, thanks to the in-depth lectures in addition to the realistic clinical know-how featured in relation to implants. The overall dynamic, state-of-the-art images were popular among the symposium participants, thereby helping raise the level of the meeting.

Dr. Choi, Kyoo-ok, CEO of OSSTEM IMPLANT, welcomed the participants. On the other hand, the Global OSSTEM Meeting held in each nation around the world since 2007 is being conducted as a global tour starting from Thailand in March by OSSTEM IMPLANT. The “AIC World Meeting” for OSSTEM implant users worldwide will reportedly be held every year as well beginning this year.
